The 2012 Show is now at the Pennsylvania Convention Center

Americana

A distinguishing feature of the Show is its abundant offering of Americana – furniture, fine art and folk art, including objects such as weathervanes, painted furniture, textiles, and exquisite carved objects. In addition, the Show also showcases English and Continental antiques as well as Chinese porcelain and works of art.

“[The Philadelphia Antiques Show] is still the place to see the best Americana in the marketplace.” – Maine Antique Digest, June 2010

Antiques in Bloom

Our juried flower exhibit pairs accomplished Philadelphia-area floral designers with the leading antiques dealers in the country to create displays that enhance the presentation of the objects and their stories, from American folk art and furniture, to antique samplers and jewelry.

Designer Rooms

The 2012 Show introduces an exciting new element that partners innovative home decorating concepts with exceptional pieces from our exhibitors. Explore dynamic and creative ways to showcase antiques in contemporary and traditional settings in three exquisite rooms specially created for the Show by noted interior designers.

The Loan Exhibit

The Philadelphia Antiques Show presents a museum-quality Loan Exhibit every year that sets the theme for the event. The Loan Exhibit is carefully documented and compiled in the Show’s Catalogue, a full-color showpiece publication and collector’s item.

Events & Tours

The Show presents a series of outstanding special events including lectures by world famous authorities on antiques, art, decoration and history. Private Tours of notable antiques collections and historical sites are also available.

Preview Party

The Show’s Preview Party marks the beginning of the four-day Show in a truly grand fashion. The gala is a leading social and fund-raising event and an increasingly important visitor attraction to Philadelphia.

Beneficiary

The Philadelphia Antiques Show donates its proceeds to Penn Medicine. In the past five decades, the Show has raised over $18 million toward the advancement of patient care at Penn Medicine. Penn Medicine is dedicated to high-quality patient care and service, advancing medical science through research and educating the next generation of leaders in medicine. The 51st annual Show is expected to attract 10,000 visitors and provide funding for the 2012 Beneficiary, the Penn Lung Transplant Ex Vivo Lung Perfusion Program.

The Café and Bar

The Cafe, located on the Show floor, serves a wide variety of hearty soups, salads, sandwiches, gourmet desserts, and beverages for an affordable price. The Cafe is open daily during Show hours. The Bar has several service areas on the Show floor, offering cocktails and beverages during Show hours.

The Shop at the Show
